We made it!

Chris enjoying his short time in Taiwan drinking 'Taiwan Beer'.
Tilly took a liking to Hello Kitty right away.
Being goofy at the Taipei airport.

Tilly looooves her noodles!

Art at the 'Hello Kitty' gate.

After 20 hours of travelling, we made it to Kuala Lumpur. Our flight left Seattle at 1am and Tilly went crazy at the airport so she didn't sleep until we got on the plane. She slept for the first 6 hours of the flight and then we still had 7 hours to go! She did pretty well overall, although she didn't like to wear headphones so we couldn't watch movies or DVD's. Hopefully she'll get used to them so we can watch more on the flight home.
We had about three hours to kill at the Taipei airport before our next flight and it was an awesome place to hang out with Tilly. There was a Hello Kitty gate, complete with a playroom, playground, stage and TV area for kids. We hung out there and had some noodles before catching our next flight.
The flight from Taipei to KL was four hours and we were all a little delirious but Tilly slept for about the last hour. Thanks to all who gave me flight tips, the best for us were the little toys wrapped up. For some reason unwrapping a hot wheel car or silly putty makes it that much more entertaining. We stepped off the plane to humid 80 degree weather, but it is a nice change from cold and rainy Bellingham. We are so excited to be here.
